Morning
The sound of the wake up bell drove Zanka out of bed. He shook out his shaggy black hair and strecthed out his arms. He knew the Queen was expecting him, so he hurriedly got himself dressed in the royal unifrom and jogged down the stairs to Her Majesty's room. He knocked three times on the door before saying his name, "Your Majesty, you have summoned me, Zanka. May I come in?"
A muffled "yes" came through the door, and Zanda entered the room, closing the door behind him.
"Have a seat, Zanka," she said politely.
He obdiently sat himself down into the nearest chair, "Is something wrong?"
She shook her head, and her blonde curls swayed back and forth, "No. Today I need you to run an errand for me."
He nodded for her to go on.
"I would like to to go to Nana and Daniel's house soon after we are done discussing. I would like to know how that girl is doing."
"That girl?" he echoed.
"Louise. That's her name," she remembered quickly, "I'd like a full report on her condition."
"Was she hurt?" he asked curiously before realizing that second guessing the Queen was rude, "Oh, I'm sorry."
She ignored his apology and continued, "No, I'd just like to see how Louise is doing. Can you do that for me?"
"Yes, Your Majesty," he stood and bowed, "I will do that immediately."
"Thankyou Zanka, you are excused."
He nodded and exited the room. He wondered what her intentions were, but quickly remembered his order. He ran to the stable and mounted a horse, riding quickly into the town.
