Yen: Now you earn Yen everytime you post and such. Nothing you can do with the Yen at the moment, but hopefully ForumMotion will make a store or something soon :P

Reputation: Look to the right of my post. There should be a + and - sign. + gives people reputation, - removes some

Japanese Word Of The Day: On the portal, you can now learn a new Japanese word everyday :3

Scroll Bar: As you can see, now stuff can scroll at the top of the page XD

New Profiles: It's pretty cool. The new profiles have more information and tons of extra stuff

Multi-Quote: I'll be redoing the button soon, but you can quote a ton of people in the same post
