4Kids Entertainment has confirmed that voice actress Madeleine "Maddie" Blaustein has passed away. She was 48. Blaustein dubbed various anime characters under several stage names, but is arguably best known for voicing Meowth in hundreds of episodes during the Pokémon television
anime series' first run. She later played Solomon Moto in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters. She also played roles in Hi no Tori, The Gokusen, Dinosaur King, Sonic X, and dozens of other productions." | |
